The welcoming large entrance invites you to a spacious open plan entrance followed modern kitchen, dining room and living room leading onto a lovely shaded terrace with a dining table and a few steps up a large terrace with a salt water pool, sunbeds and outdoor lounge sitting area.

It offers 4 spacious double bedrooms ( 3 bedrooms with twin beds that can be put together as a king bed and a master bedroom with a king size bed), 4 bathrooms with walking showers, a bath and even a sauna. 

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (AC) and there is fibre optic Wi-Fi throughout the house with an office space for those who need to do a bit of work during their stay. There is air conditioning in every bedroom with cooling option for the summer and heating option for the winter as well as a wood burner for cosy winter evenings.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances you may need during your stay - induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and many more. There is a drinking water filtration system. The dining table inside the house offers a long table with enough sitting for 8 people to enjoy a lovely meal together.

There is a separate utility room equipped with washing machine and a dryer. There is a storage room downstairs by the entrance which could be used as a bicycle storage.

The house is located only 2 minutes away from the Alaro centre and 3 & 7 minutes walk from two local supermarkets. There is off-street parking available as well as two large free car parks either direction only 5 minutes away from the house.

We provide bed linen, bathroom towels and beach towels, hair dryers, iron, ironing board - almost anything you can think of to assure you have a fabulous stay.
