The house is located only 2 minutes from Alaro square filled with lovely cafes, restaurants, bars and patisseries.
The perfect house for a family (children from 12 years old), cyclists or hikers who wish to enjoy authentic Mallorquin village life and all outdoor activities our stunning Tramuntana mountains have to offer.
The house has a beautifully decorated combining modern style with original Mallorquin features. The welcoming large entrance invites you to a spacious open plan entrance followed modern kitchen, dining room and living room leading onto a lovely shaded terrace with a dining table and a few steps up a large terrace with a salt water pool, sunbeds and outdoor lounge sitting area.
It offers 4 spacious double bedrooms ( 3 bedrooms with twin beds that can be put together as a king bed and a master bedroom with a king size bed), 4 bathrooms with walking showers, bath and even a sauna. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (AC) and there is fibre optic Wi-Fi throughout the house with an office space for those who need to do a bit of work during their stay.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances you may need during your stay - induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and many more. There is a drinking water filtration system. The dining table inside the house offers a long table with enough sitting for 8 people to enjoy a lovely meal together.
There is a separate utility room equipped with washing machine and a dryer. There is a storage room downstairs by the entrance which could be used as a bicycle storage.
There is air conditioning in every bedroom with cooling option for the summer and heating option for the winter as well as a wood burner for cosy winter evenings.
