GUESTS IN ISOLATION
Any self-isolating guest should report immediately to Hunt4Bliss Property Manager!

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

Wash hands frequently with soap and water, following government guidelines re timing and technique.

Use alcohol based hand sanitizer where soap and water are not available.

Wear masks in local supermarkets, shopping malls and any public spaces where 2 meters distance is not possible.

Wear masks while in the house whilst in the presence of Hunt4Bliss team (cleaners, pool cleaners, Property Manager).

Follow local government guidelines in relation to COVID-19.

Ask for Hunt4Bliss for help, if needed.

Immediately report illness where COVID-19 symptoms are present to Hunt4Bliss Property Manager
GUEST CONTACT INFORMATION
Now, more than ever, it’s important that we are easily able to get in contact with our guests. Please confirm an email address and phone number at the time of booking. We will not use any contact details provided for marketing purposes.
INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that guests have or take out a travel insurance policy prior to their arrival, which includes amongst other benefits, cancellation insurance covering sickness and unavoidable reasons for cancellation prior to their stay, especially any costs they may incur as a result of COVID 19 pandemic.

HIGH TOUCH ITEMS
Doors, door handles, other handles, switches and lighting controls, remote controls, door entry systems, lift controls, handrails, bins, taps.

CHEMICALS
All cleaning chemicals include appropriate levels of disinfectant.
LAUNDERING OF LINEN, TOWELS & BEDDING
All linen and towels supplied by Hunt4Bliss are laundered at government recommended temperatures (currently 60 degrees). All bedding (mattress protectors, pillows, pillow protectors, duvets) supplied at the property is removed and laundered following each departure.

PRE ARRIVAL CRITICAL CHECKS
Will be performed, as standard. Hunt4Bliss staff will wear single use masks and gloves and limit contact with any in house surfaces.

CHECKING IN SERVICE
Hunt4Bliss Manager will meet the guests at the property to carry our Meet & Greet while wearing masks and gloves. The guests are requested to wear masks (including children from age of 1) and will provide keys in the envelope with the COVID policy.
KEYS
All guest keys are sanitised upon collection at check out.
All guest keys are sanitised prior to Meet & Greet service carried out at the house.

EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE
Only emergency maintenance will be attended to during guest occupation. Any works will ideally be addressed with the guest not present, but where this is not possible, guests will be requested to wear a mask while any emergency works are undertaken.
CLEANING EQUIPMENT PROVIDED TO GUESTS
Hand sanitiser, antibacterial hand washes at every bathroom, anti-bacterial surface spray in the kitchen to be used on all surfaces when required, floor bleach, mop, bucket, broom, vacuum cleaner
